National Mills Weekend 2017

Join us for National Mills Weekend at our historic water mill!

Hele Corn Mill will be open for visitors all day, and there will be a guided tour at 4:30pm on the Saturday and the Sunday.

During the tours, you will learn about the history of the mill and how flour has been made here for hundreds of years! There will be demonstrations of the water wheel turning (water-dependent) and the National Diesel Engine in use.

Children will enjoy having a go at making flour using the hand quern before taking on our 'find the mice', photo quiz, and count the millstones challenges.

We recommend you book in advance as tours are limited to 12 people. Contact us to book your place!
